OUPCHER, Malca. On Wednesday, July 24, 2002. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Henry and Kristine Oupcher of Washington, D.C. and Josiane and Armand. Cherished grandmother of Michelle, Natalie, Rene and Paul. Predeceased by her brothers and sister. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
