LITVACK, Jennie (nee Zelda Switzman). In her ninety-fourth year, on Wednesday, August 27, 2003. Daughter of the late Chana and Abraham Shwitzman. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Faigie Coodin (Ruth), Bernard Rash Rashcovsky (Raquel), and the late Percy Rashcovsky. Predeceased by her husbands Jack Rashcovsky and Israel Litvack. Beloved sister and sister-in-law of Pauline (the late Sid) Schleifer, Sarah (the late Gene) Berlin, Rose (the late Max) Rosaminer, John and Iris Switzman, and the late Harry (the late Betty) Switzman. Proud and cherished Bubby of Robin Rashcovsky (David), Richard Rashcovsky (Linda), Cathy Deckelbaum (Ariel), Karin Rashcovsky (Jaime), Avrom Coodin, Sara Coodin, Oliver, Nathan (Laeticia), and Joel Rashcovsky, and adored great-grandmother of Perri and Bradley Sendel, Alyssa Rashcovsky, and William Deckelbaum. Sadly mourned by her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, relatives and friends. Thank you to the staff of Maimonides Geriatric Centre for their support. Special thanks to her caregivers Benita and Veronica, for their care and compassion. Funeral Service took place from Paperman &Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Friday, August 29 at 2:45 p.m. Shiva will be observed at 596 Westluke, C.S.L.
