FLEISCHER, Fania "Fanny" (nee Fudem) Peacefully, on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Mount Sinai Hospital. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Sandy and Dr. Rick Satin, and the late Jules Fleischer. Adored "Gran" of Jamie and Tarryn, Dr. David and Dr. Suzan, Dr. Jill and Dr. Daniel, and Christopher. Proud "GG" of Sean, Liam, Aaron, C.J., Oliver and Chloe. Dearest sister of Chana of Israel. Fania and the family wish to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Mount Sinai and the Jewish General Hospital for their incredible, never wavering, care and compassion. We thank you for making this last memory of her life one of dignity and grace. She will be missed. Graveside service on Sunday, June 3 at 12:00 p.m. at the Montefiore Protective Cemetery (D-14), de la Savane. The family will only be receiving condolence calls following the burial until 4:00 p.m. at Rick and Sandy's home.
