BENEDEK, Magda (nee Weisz) Peacefully on Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Holocaust Survivor. Devoted wife of Miklos. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Victor and Barbara (Indig), and George and Maria (Pizzi). Beloved daughter of the late David and Julia Weisz. Special grandmother of David and Sabine, Samantha and Meir Israel and Amy Lynne. Very proud great-grandmother of Joshua Colton Israel. Dear sister and sister in-law of the late Emeric and Adele Weisz, and predeceased by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Magda will be sadly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Wednesday, June 9 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Montefiore Protective Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva to be announced.
