KAHANSKY, Ethel (nee Holzman). Peacefully, in her ninety-third year, on Wednesday, September 10, 2008. Beloved wife of William for sixty-seven years. Loving mother of Michael. Daughter of the late Marcus and the late Rachel Holzman. Predeceased by her brothers Louie, Michael and Seymour, and her sister Sarah. She will be sadly missed by her niece Marilyn and her nephew Victor, as well as her many great nieces and nephews in Canada and the US. Graveside service on Thursday, September 11 at 2 p.m. at the Montefiore Protective Cemetery (D-14), de la Savane. Shiva at Michael's residence.
