CHERNOFSKY, Sylvia (nee Latofsky). Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, on Wednesday, December 1, 2004. Beloved wife of Louis. Most loved mother and mother-in-law of Howard Chernofsky, and Jeffrey and Ann Chernofsky. Predeceased by her sisters Ray Gross (Sol), Beatrice Ansel (Moe), Leah Weinstein (Syd). Sister-in-law of Hyman Chernofsky (the late Molly), the late George Chernoff (Lorna), the late Rosie Selinsky (the late Harry), the late Dinah Goldberg (the late Moe), the late Sarah Herman (the late Issie), the late Ruth Shaeffer (the late Phil). She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and many friends. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Friday, December 3 at 10:45 a.m. Burial at the Montefiore Protective Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her home.
