PESNER, Morty. Surrounded by his family, on Wednesday, April 4, 2007. Most beloved and adored husband of Laura Blacker. Devoted father and father-in-law of Lynda and Max Fried, Alan and Ellen. Best "Pappy" of Stuart, Gayle and Tammy Fried; Jonathan and Orly Pesner, Stephanie and fiance Jeremy Cymet, and Gillian Pesner. Proud great-grandfather of David. Admired brother and brother-in-law of Ethel and Larry Merson, Norma and the late Irving Blacker, the late Doris and the late Seymour Fargeon, the late Henry Pesner and the late Roslyn Pesner-Kadanoff. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Friday, April 6 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Montefiore Protective Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his daughter's home. Due to the festival of Passover, shiva commences Tuesday evening April 10 through Monday morning April 16.
