MAJERFELD, Judy (nee Katz) With great courage on Thursday, February 7, 2019. Beloved wife and best friend of Eddie for fifty-three years. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Fran and Rob Sigal, Susie and Mark Kashetsky. Proud and cherished Bubbie of Brandon, Matt and Abby. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Barbara and Jerry Goffman. She will be greatly missed by her niece, nephew, cousins, family and friends. Special thanks to Natasha for her exceptional care and compassion. The family would also like to express their gratitude to the staff of the cancer and palliative care units at the St. Mary's Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Sunday, February 10 at 12:00 p.m. Burial at the Montreal Workers' Circle Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her daughter Susie's home, Sunday to Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. daily and Friday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Donations in her memory may be made the Judy Majerfeld Fund c/o the Beth Ora Synagogue. |
