MYDLARZ, Hershel (Harry) A Holocaust Survivor. Peacefully, on Saturday, October 16, 2010, at the age of eighty-eight. Most loved and cherished husband of Lola for sixty-four years. Devoted father of Jack (Vivian), Esther Ribovitch (David), and Sonia O'Reilly (Donald). Most adored Grandpa of Laura (Brian), Andrea (Pete), Ryan and Ben, Maraline, and Jason (Sara), Rheanna (Danny) and Brendan. Proud "great-Grandpa" of Fiorella, Aliah, Emma and Lillia. Brother and brother-in-law of Abba and the late Alla Mydlarz, Paula and the late Isaac Parker, the late Mania and the late Henry Brandspigel, and predeceased by his other siblings who perished in the Holocaust. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and all those who knew him. Many thanks to Dr. Newman and his staff, 4th floor Cardiology, and the P.I.C.C. at the Sacre Coeur Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, October 19 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Montreal Workers' Circle Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
