RANDOLPH, Gerald (Jacob) Peacefully, at home, on Wednesday, May 17, 2017. Cherished husband of the late Lydia Karafiol. Most beloved father and father-in-law of Rima and Stephen Maislin, Mark and Diane Randolph. Treasured grandfather of Andrew Maislin and Stacey Barth, Sean Maislin and Marla Greenbaum. Proud great-grandfather of Hailey and Cassie Maislin. Loving brother-in-law of Emile and Ginny Karafiol. Predeceased by his siblings, Joe, Nat, Dave and Esther. He will be greatly missed by his nephew and nieces, P.J. and Allison Karafiol, Nonnie Yudelson and Ev Levine, and lovingly remembered by Samara and Ryan Maislin, Jill Maislin, and James Maislin. A friend and mentor to many. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Teresa (Tess) Balderama, Julieta Saromenes and Fely for their exceptional care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, May 19 at 10:00 a.m. Burial at the Montreal Workers' Circle Cemetery, de la Savane.
