EICHLER, Solomon (Solly) After a courageous battle in Florida, on Friday, April 10, 2009, surrounded by his family at the age of seventy-six. Loving husband and best friend of Molly for fifty years. Devoted and proud father and father-in-law of Pessy Eichler and Charles Fisher, Louis and Susan Eichler. Cherished grandfather of Samuel and Jessica, Zachary, Shelby, and Leah. Brother and brother-in-law of Sheila, Jack and Doris. Brother-in-law of Ethel and Stan, the late Samuel and the late Liora. Son of the late Luzer and the late Eta Eichler, and son-in-law of Israel and the late Sonia Landau. He will be deeply missed by his many nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and colleagues. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, April 13, at 1 p.m. Burial at the Montreal Workers' Circle Association Cemetery, de la Savane.
