Obituary SPIEGEL, Boruch Yakir On Thursday, May 9, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Chaike Belchatowska. Devoted father and father-in-law of Chil and Suzanne, Mindy and Eugene. Cherished grandfather of Max Beryl and Sam Henry; Amaryah and Daniel, Yoninah Rachel and Ben. Boruch was a heroic fighter in the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising and a lifelong member of the Jewish Labour Bund, devoted to the ideal of social justice. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, May 12 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Montreal Workers' Circle Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 599 Victoria Ave., Westmount.
