GRYNSZPAN, Deborah (nee Smolak). Peacefully, on Wednesday, September 10, 2008, in her ninetieth year. Beloved wife of the late Abraham. Devoted and loving mother and mother-in-law of Arthur and Ghyslaine, Sara and Tom Gillespie. Cherished Bubie of Melissa and Daniel. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters who perished in the Holocaust. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Special thanks to her caregiver Marlene and to the doctors, nurses and staff of 5 North at St. Mary's Hospital for their exceptional care and devotion. Graveside service on Monday, September 15 at 10 a.m. at the Montreal Workers' Circle Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva strictly private.
