SIMONS, Rose (nee Rubin) On Friday, September 24, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Ellis. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Jacqueline, Mel and Ilana, Harriette and Jerry. Proud grandmother of twenty-one and great-grandmother of twenty-six. Predeceased by her siblings, Betty, Sadie and Leonard. Special thanks to Theresa, her exceptional caregiver, and to the long-term care department and staff of the 3rd floor of Mount Sinai Hospital. Graveside service took place on Monday, September 27. Shiva will take place in Florida.
