FOGEL, Jolana (nee Baumberger) A Holocaust survivor. On Sunday, October 8, 2017, in her ninety-ninth year. Wife of the late Michael. Beloved mother of Peter Fogel, and Susan Fogel. Cherished Bubby of Lara Saibil, Jacob Saibil and Edith Duarte. Proud great-grandmother of Lilah and Hannah. Dear sister of Helen Toth. Predeceased by her brothers, Janu, Moritz, Sasha and Joseph Baumberger. Jolana will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Heartfelt gratitude to the Heller family. Special thanks to Iby for her care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, October 11 at 1:30 p.m. Burial at the Montreal Workers' Circle Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her daughter's home.
