STEIN, Claire (nee Winikoff). Peacefully on Monday, May 5, 2003. Beloved wife of the late Saul. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Walter and Barbara, Stephen and Cheryl, and Paula. Cherished grandmother of Jonathan and Douglas, and Mitchel and Jacqueline. Great-grandmother of Joshua. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Bill and Esther Winikoff, Phil and Sarah Winikoff, Fay and the late Charlie Winikoff, Doris and the late David Kimmel, the late Sima Winikoff, the late Kate and the late Herman Becker. Sister-in-law of Zelda and Saul Yaffee, Lou and Zedda Stein, Marty and Shirley Stein, the late Sam and the late Frances Stein. She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Wednesday, May 7 at 1:45 p.m. Burial at the Montreal Worker's Circle Cemetery, De la Savane. Shiva at 1090 Waterloo Rd., T.M.R.
