KANNER, Sarah (nee Schwartzman). Peacefully, in her eighty-ninth year, on Monday, November 21, 2005. Wife of the late Michael Kanner. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Hy and Anna-Lisa of Lancaster, Ontario, Reva Kanner and Al Dexter of Vancouver, B.C., Philip and Jann of London, England. Cherished grandmother of Teri and Peter Kalker, Cindi Kanner; Jeffrey, David and Jessica Dexter; Oliver and Georgia Kanner; and Celya Dacosta. Loving great-grandmother of Brandon and Michael Kalker. Dear sister of Rachel Reiman of Israel, and sister-in-law of Clara Schok. Special thanks to the nurses and staff at the Waldorf Residence for their care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Thursday, November 24 at 11:30 a.m. Burial at the Montreal Worker's Circle Cemetery, de la Savane. The family will be receiving visitors at the Waldorf, 7400 Cote St. Luc Rd. following the funeral.
