GIEWERCER, Izaak. In his eighty-ninth year, on Saturday, March 3, 2007. Most devoted husband of Helen Feld. Beloved father and father-in-law of Harry and Roz of Toronto, Etti and Harvey Sands. Cherished Zaidie of David Giewercer and fiancee Lisa Joseph, Michael Giewercer; Noah and Jeremy Sands. Dear brother of Sarah Granat. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Chek Fung for his extraordinary care and compassion. Special thanks to his devoted caregivers Mildred ("my lifesaver"), Myra, Myrna, Daria, Hermie, the staff of 6 NW at the Jewish General Hospital and the staff of Manoir King David.
