LAUFGAS, Szlama. Peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, September 1, 2004. Beloved husband of Fela Szponko for 59 years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Joseph and Irena; Teofila and Bernard Zarwanitzer. Cherished "Dziadzi" of Miki. Dearest brother of Jurek, Victor and Joseph and their families all of Melbourne, Australia. Brother-in-law of Ania and Tadzik Janicki of Holland. He will be sadly missed by his niece Halinka and her family of Melbourne, Australia and lovingly remembered by his family and friends. Funeral Service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Friday, September 3 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Montreal Worker's Circle Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private.
