ARANOFF, Sylvia (nee Bronstein) It is with great sadness that our family announces Sylvia's passing on Saturday, July 3, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Reuben. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Stan and Beryl (Tryansky), Neil and Susan (Otis). Cherished grandma of Evan, Lorne and Stephanie (Pantel), and Justin. Proud great-grandmother of Marlee and Emma. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Irwin and Virginia Bronstein, Joan and the late Ben Bronstein, the late Saul Bronstein, and predeceased by her brothers- and sisters-in-law, Fanny Aranoff, Ann and Irving Vinebaum, Pearl and Joe Cooperman, Lily and Edwin Morris, Lou Aranoff, Shirley and Ben Bookman, Richard and Florence Aranoff. She will be sadly missed by Dorothy Coleman. Special thanks to the staff of Steger Residence; to Jasmine and her guardian angels, Vicky, Tina, Aurora, Jennifer, Dora, Cheryl, Ling Lee and Geraldine; and to the 7th floor staff at Maimonides for their care, kindness and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, July 6 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, Tifereth Israel Section, de la Savane.
