Peacefully on Saturday, February 9, 2002, at the age of eighty-three, while lovingly surrounded by family. He will sadly missed by his very devoted wife of fifty-nine years, Dorothy Simon. Father and father-in-law of Linda and Morris Camlot, and Mark and Maureen Goldenberg. Cherished Zaide of Heather (Marc Reppin) and Gary Camlot; Lauren, Julie and Emma Goldenberg. Loving son of the late Toba and the late Itzik Goldenberg. Predeceased by his siblings Harry (Helen), Max (Rose), Louis (Edith), Nell Cutler (Phil), Bertha Greenspon Rother (Eddie, Joe), Hymie, Rose, Eddie. Survived by his sister Elsie Baker (the late Harry), brother-in-law of Annette Goldenberg, Cynthia and Lionel Clare, Faye and the late Harry White. Special uncle Jack to many nieces and nephews. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Monday February 11 at 1:45 p.m. Burial at the Shevat Achim Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva observed at his daughters residence. Donations to the Jack Goldenberg Memorial Fund, c/o The Jewish General Hospital Foundation. |
