SILVER, Ethel (nee Winstan) In Ottawa, on Friday, February 10, 2017, at the age of ninety-five. Beloved wife of the late Abraham (Abe). Loving mother and mother-in-law of Jeffrey and Elaine Silver, Dawn Silver and Rob Balsillie. Cherished Bubby of Chelsie, Brandon, Justin, Jordan, and Matthew. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses, Irving (Ike) and Rose, Moe and Sophie, Lillian, and Rose Winstan. Ethel will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, family and all who knew her. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, February 15 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Shevat Achim Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Following burial, reception will take place at Ruby Foo's Hotel from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. Shiva at Ruby Foo's from 6:30 to 10:00 p.m. Wednesday only.
