SHULMAN, Lillian (nee Silverman) Peacefully, surrounded by family and friends, on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, in her one hundredth year. Wife of the late Bennie Shulman. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Stephen and Leona, Susan Garfield-Shulman, Sharon and the late Robert. Cherished grandmother of Shawn Shulman and Kathy Strasser, Loren Shulman and Rochelle Fefergrad; Amber Garfield; Frederika Shulman and Rob Kovari. Proud great-grandmother of Brandon and Rebecca Shulman; and Adam Kovari. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Annie and the late Louis Magonet, the late Rose and the late Ben Lubin, the late Sydney Silverman, the late Louis Silverman; and sister-in-law of Barbara Shulman, Celia and the late Harvey Shulman, the late Rose and the late Oscar Levitt, the late Jennie and the late Saul Messing, the late Oliver Shulman. She will be missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to the staff of CLSC N.D.G. and to the 5th floor staff and Family Medicine at St. Mary's Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Sunday, August 16 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Shevat Achim Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her son's home.
