ROGOVEIN, Leonard. After a lengthy illness, on Thursday, June 26, 2008. Beloved husband for fifty-one years of Lily Pivnick. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Ted and Ilana, Franceen and Barry Springer. Cherished Zaidie of Miranda, Leora, Adam and Ethan. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Esther and Lester Schiffman, Ben and Freda Rogovein, the late Ellen and the late Willie Fisher, the late Harry and the late Ada Rogovein. Brother-in-law of Rose and Morris Rose, the late Mickey and the late Florence Pivnick. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and all of those whose lives he touched. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at the CCU and Cardiology Ward of the Jewish General Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. Special thanks to Dr. Denny Laporta for many years of care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Sunday, June 29 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Shevat Achim Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
