PERLEY, Sadie (nee Deitcher) On Saturday, January 23, 2016, at the age of 101. Daughter of the late Bessie and the late Wolf Deitcher. Beloved wife for too few years of the late Abraham Jacob Perley. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Linda and the late Naim Shohet, Warren Perley and Karen Boor. Cherished grandmother of Norma Shohet and Robert Kadoori, Jonathan Shohet and Trina Rehel, Aviva Shohet and Oren Braude, David Shohet and Karen Cho. Proud great-grandmother of Gabriel, Noa, Danielle, Joshua, Caleb and Dawson. Sister of the late Louis Deitcher, the late Sally Basevitz and the late Solly Deitcher, and sister-in-law and cousin to many. Sadie will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, and family. Special thanks to her long-time caregiver, Gwen Myers, and grateful acknowledgement to the staff of 4C at the Jewish Eldercare Centre for their compassionate care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, January 25 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Shevat Achim Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her daughter's home, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily through Wednesday evening.
