COHEN, Lillian (nee Halpin) Peacefully, in her ninetieth year, on Friday, January 29, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Max. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Toby Simon and Gabriel Arseneau, Elaine and Harvey Goldberg. Cherished Bubby of Andrew and Anat Simon, Gail Simon and Neil Berger, Scott and Elise Goldberg, and Casey Goldberg. Proud "Bubby Laikah" of Zachary, Raquel, Hailey, Matthew and Maya. Predeceased by her brother and four sisters. Dear sister-in-law of Ben Niederhoffer, Hymie Cohen and Kitty Cohen. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and all who knew her. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of 6 South at Maimonides Geriatric Centre for their care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, January 31 at 3:00 p.m. Burial at the Bassarabier Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private.
