SHULAK, David Simon (Dave) It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dave Shulak on Wednesday, November 17, 2010, in his eighty-second year. Loving husband of Jennie Ansky. Devoted father of Steven, Howard and the late Stanley. Dear father-in-law of Janet and Gayle. Proud grandfather of Melissa and Mayer Vafi, Daniel, Jonathan, Jeffrey, Stacey and Scott Shulak. Cherished brother-in-law and brother of Ethel and the late Larry Shulak. Dave was loved and liked by all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and will remain forever in our hearts. Special thanks to Dr. Felix Ma for his valiant efforts. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, November 19 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Bassarabier Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private, at 439 Grosvenor Ave. #16, Westmount, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
