DERZAWETZ, Hilda (nee Spivack) On Saturday, July 21, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Abe. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Philip and Carol Derzawetz, Beverley and Fred Kosseim, Rhonda and Andy Bongard. Cherished Bubby of Kimberly, Brandon, and Jordan; Stef and Dan, Zack, and Mackenzie; Alex, Sam, and Sydney. Proud great-grandmother of James and Charlie. Dear sister-in-law of the late Jean and the late Stanley Mayoff. Hilda will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family would like to extend their gratitude to her caregivers, Eunice, Emily, Carmen and Ludy, as well as to Dr. Bernard Elfassy and the staff of the Jewish Eldercare Centre, for their care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, July 23 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Bassarabier Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 211 rue de la Roche, D.D.O., from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. daily through Wednesday evening.
