MOORE, Israel (Al). On Wednesday, September 20, 2006. Husband of the late Ruth Astrofsky. Loving father and father-in-law of Ricki and Jonathan Carr, the late Howard Moore. Adoring "Gramps" of Jason, Rodney and Alli Carr; Jay Moore and Sheri MacMillan, Audrey and Okan Turkan. Great-grandfather of Jordan and Sarah; Harrison and Morgan. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Sarah and Jerry Diamond, Zelda and the late Scotty Moore, Harry and Dinah Moore and brother-in-law of Ruth Astrofsky. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews and many friends at The Waldorf and the Mall. Special thanks to Dr. C. Michel for her kindness and compassion. Heartfelt gratitude to Natty and Mary Grace. Much appreciation to the caring staff at The Waldorf. He approached old age with a "smile in his heart".
