CHARAD, Reuben (Ruby). With dignity and courage on Sunday, Feb. 20, 2000. Beloved husband and best friend of Esther Etcovitch. Devoted father and father-in-law of Lenny and Lorraine, and Gail. Son of the late Lily and the late Abram Charad. Cherished grandfather of Marni and Mitchell Goldstein, Michael and Elysa Charad. Loving great-grandfather of Ryann and Corey. Dear brother of Rita Etcovitch, the late Louis, the late Sylvie Segal and brother-in-law of Charlie and Harriet Etcovitch, Harry and Beatrice Etcovitch, Joey and Phyllis Etcovitch, Abie and Sarah Etcovitch. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Monday, Feb. 21 at 11:15 am. Burial at the Bassarabier Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane (section D1).
