SINGER, Rose (nee Chernofsky). On Monday, October 22, 2007 in her ninety-seventh year. Beloved wife of the late Oscar Singer and the late Abe Vininsky. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Evelyn Bessner, Larry and Charlene, Mavis and Abe Miller. Cherished Bubby of Ronda and Robbie, Merle and Richard, Jeffrey, Ellen and Mark, Jason and Annick, the late Marla and Ivan, Steven and Karen, Lorne and Debra, Joanne and Harley. Proud great-grandmother of Matthew, Michelle, Arthur, Simon, Danielle, Nathan, Thomas, David, Melissa, Kyle, Sydnee, Ashley, Spencer, Oren, Samantha, Michelle. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Dinah and the late Al Saxe, the late Sam and the late Rita Chernofsky, Bella Sacharen and predeceased by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Special thanks to Saba, Rosie and Lydia for their loving care and devotion. The family would like to acknowledge the excellent care given by the staff of the 18th floor at the Montreal General Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Wednesday, October 24 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Ahavath Schulom Congregation Cemetery, De La Savane.
