GITTELMAN (KAHN), Goldie (nee Ruback). Peacefully, on Thursday, March 20, 2008, at the age of one-hundred and one. Beloved wife of the late Gabriel Gittelman and the late Sam Kahn. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Sylvia and Louis Vogel, Ellen and Bill Fagan, the late Irving and the late Shirley Kahn. Cherished grandmother of Renee and Andy Robert, Barry and Shifra Vogel, Rosalie Guerin, Donna Bertrand, Fred and Nannette Kahn, Samuel and Jo-Ann Kahn. Great-grandmother of seventeen and great-great-grandmother of two. Predeceased by her siblings, Sarah Gandel, Bessie Amsel & Sam Rubin. Goldie will be lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her. The family thanks her devoted caregivers and, in particular, Maria Reyes. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Sunday, March 23 at 12:15 p.m. Burial at the Ahavath Schulom Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
