FRIED, Janet. On Saturday, December 27, 2008 in her ninety-fifth year. Beloved wife of the late Hyman. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Allan and Pam and David and Hariette Fried. Cherished grandmother of Karen, Brian, Sandra, Tigra and Sara. Proud great grandmother of Gabriel. Dearest sister and sister-in-law of the late Sol and the late Claire Perl, the late Beatrice (Buddy) Harris and Stella Fried. Predeceased by six brothers-in-law and six sisters-in-law. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, December 29 at 11 a.m. Burial at Ahavath Shalom Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private in Ottawa.
