MICHAELS, Pearl (nee Leibovitch)
Peacefully, on Friday, April 4, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Charles. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Allan and Ruth Michaels, Howard Michaels, Sheila and Leslie Cowan. Cherished grandmother of Elana, Lori, and Michelle; Brant Michaels, Jeremy and Joanna Michaels; Ian, Mitchell and Caroline Frank. Proud great-grandmother of Yehudah, Simcha, Chaya Malka; Zara, Karter; Ryan, Taylor, Ethan, Hailey, Sarah, Jordanna, and Jonah. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Hilda and the late Morris Bennett, the late Claire and the late Louis Feldman, the late Jack and the late Molly Leibovitch, the late Anne and the late Alex Feldman, the late Betty and the late Harry Snyder, the late Irving Leibovitch, the late Louis and the late Sarah Leibovitch; and sister-in-law of Rose and the late Jack Stein, Belle and the late Al Tratenberg, Pearl and the late Irving Lansky, the late Bessie and the late Charles Etzcovitch, the late Pepper and the late Barney Michaels, the late Anne and the late Simon Michaels, the late Lenore and the late Jack Michaels, the late Hy and the late Ida Michaels. She will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to the 2nd floor staff of the Jewish Eldercare Centre, and to Drs. Campbell, Ferrarotto, and Munroe at St. Mary's Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, April 6 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, Poale Zedek Section, de la Savane. Shiva at 2700 Cote-Vertu, Saint-Laurent, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. daily.
