SINGER, Rita (nee Gasoi) Peacefully, on Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Morris. Loving and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Ellen and Stanley Black, Benita and Steven Baker of Ottawa, and the late Donald. Cherished Bubby of David, Alexander, Ryan, and the late Jillian. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Beatrice and the late Moe Lesser, Dorothy and the late Morty Kushner. Rita will be sadly missed by all those whose lives she touched. The family would like to thank the staff of the King David Residence for their kindness, care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, July 7 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Yishitzer Young Men's Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at Ellen's home.
