EPSTEIN, Jennie (nee Basevitz). Peacefully in Toronto, on Monday, August 4, 2008, in her ninety-forth year. Beloved wife of the late Benny Epstein. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Maureen and Gerry Mazin of Toronto, and Marsha Young of California. Loving Grandma of Jonathan Mazin, Rachelle Mazin and fiance Mark Hines; Brian, Justin and Jessica Young. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses, Charles and Sally Basevitz, Barbara (Babs) and Leo Ross, and Benny Basevitz. She will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Wednesday, August 6 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Yishitzer Young Mens Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 3 Banstead Rd., Montreal West, Wednesday only, continuing in Toronto at 2 Lang Rd., Thornhill ON L3T 7E2.
