KAUFMAN, Sam (Shimon). Formally of Montreal on Wednesday, May 15, 2002 in Florida. Beloved husband of Rifcha. Loving father and father-in-law of Barry and Janette, Usher and Hyde, Marco, and Helen and the late Irving Kaufman. Survived by Bella Kaufman, and Rifcha's loving children Sari, Brian Axelrod and Tammi. Cherished brother of the late Jack, the late Hymie, the late Issie, the late Mark, and the late Sally. Adored grandfather, uncle, great-uncle, and great-great-uncle. Sam was a living legend who lived in Miami Beach since 1968. He loved life, especially his faith in Judaism. A good man never to be forgotten. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Sunday, May 19, 2002 at 1:45 p.m. Burial at the Chaverim Kol Israel Cemetery, De La Savane.
