COHEN, Conrad David After a brief illness, on Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Son of the late Reuben and the late Frances Cohen. Dearly loved husband of Miriam Yodits. Loving father of Leah Zipporah and Ralph. Devoted brother of Dorothy Esther Tishler-Ziff. Brother-in-law of the late Dr. Jack Tishler and the late Jay Ziff. Conrad was a proud uncle to his beautiful nieces and nephews, Rhoda (Wayne), Steven (Michelle), Richard (Jean), Karen (Dan), and their children. Though quiet and gentle, Conrad was a man of great courage, integrity and dignity. We thank all those who made his last year both possible and joyous: the CLSC Rene-Cassin, the Montreal Heart Institute, the Jewish General Hospital, the Catherine Booth Rehabilitation Hospital, and to his caring doctors, Dr. Earl Edelstein and Dr. William Massicotte. Our warmest gratitude to Brian Brice and to the Creative Social Center Choir, the Cummings Jewish Centre for Seniors Wellness Centre staff, and our totally wonderful, devoted friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, April 2 at 1 p.m. Shiva at 5051 Clanranald Ave. #407. Due to the festival of Passover, shiva commences Tuesday evening, April 6, ending Sunday evening, April 11. Contributions in his memory may be made to the charity of your choice. |
