MITCHNICK, Ruth (nee Bloomfield). On Sunday, August 13, 2006 in her eighty-fifth year. Beloved wife of the late Bennie Mitchnick. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Beverley and Leon Kornbluth, and the late Martin Mitchnick. Cherished grandmother of Howard Kornbluth, Murray and Chantal Kornbluth, Heidi and Jason Moore, David Mitchnick, and Daniel Mitchnick and fiancee Diane. Great-grandmother of six. Dear sister of Carl Bloomfield of Arizona, Seymour Bloomfield of California, the late Clara Myers, the late Solly Bloomfield and the late Paul Bloomfield. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to the staff of the 3rd floor at the Jewish Eldercare Centre, Hope Pavillion for their devoted care and compassion.
