SILVERSTEIN, Sylvia (nee Steinhart)
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of Sylvia Silverstein, on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at the age of ninety-one. Beloved wife of the late Ben Silverstein. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Marilyn and Perry Silverman, Connie Dorfman and Mel Leitman, and the late Dr. Howard Dorfman. Loving grandmother of Michael and Anne Silverman, Lisa and Lorne Levitt, Dr. Allison and Robert Hamou, Heidi and Jason Toledano, the late Frimie-Sue and the late Brian Silverman. Treasured great-grandmother of Brandon, Evan, Zachary and Adam Silverman; Sydney and Cameron Levitt; Alexa and Chloe Hamou; Brooklyn and Jax Toledano. Sylvia had a great impact on all those whose lives she touched. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, March 21 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, Anshei Ozeroff Section, de la Savane.
