TORONTOUR, Morris After a valiant battle, on Thursday, April 19, 2012. Beloved husband of Anne Barnett for sixty-one years. Cherished father and father-in-law of Raina and Joe Carolla. Adored Zaida of Jason and Melanie, Michael, and Darren. Very proud great-grandfather of Ashley. Dearest brother and brother-in-law of Celia and the late Ben Weinfeld, Bertha and the late Meyer Gabarsky, and predeceased by Sophie and Ben Goldman, Abraham and Gladys Torontour, Yetta Zajdel, Esther and Morris Bernard. Brother-in-law of Betty and the late Charlie Cohen, and Sydney and Miriam Barnett (the late Lilette). Moe will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Nephrology at the Jewish General Hospital for their outstanding care and support over the last three years. The family also wishes to acknowledge the wonderful staff of the Jewish Eldercare Centre for their genuine compassion, and the A-team Naomi and Bradley. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, April 24 at 1:00 pm. Burial at the Independent Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private.
