KATZ, Issie
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of a much loved husband, father, grandfather and son-in-law, Issie Katz, on Wednesday, August 10, 2016. He will be deeply missed by Rosanne, whom he met at age sixteen, and who was his beloved soul-mate for fifty-four years. Much loved and respected by his children, Patrice Diamond (Andrew) and Scott Katz (Anna). A kind and generous mentor to his adoring grandchildren, Tyler and Skye. Devoted son of the late Dina and the late Harry Katz. Predeceased by his brothers, Hy and Mosie Katz. Cherished son-in-law of Ruth and the late Nat Mager. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Gina Ramos for her excellent care and compassion over many years, and to Mimi Israel. Many thanks to the staff of 2A at Maimonides Geriatric Centre. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, August 14 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Young Israel of Montreal Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
