PONAK, Paul Peacefully, on Thursday, January 31, 2013. Beloved husband of Freda Borenstein for sixty-five years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Irwin and Celyne, Linda and Elliott Gillman. Cherished Grandpa of Chad and Elizabeth, Adam, Erin and Sean, Lucas and Vanessa, and Allie. Proud great-grandfather of seven great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his siblings Hymie, and Sam Ponak. Paul will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, February 3 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at Dominion Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his son's home from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. daily. Donations in his memory may be made to the charity of your choice. |
