Peacefully, on Sunday, March 24, 2019, with her children by her side. Beloved wife of the late Phil. Devoted and loving mother and mother-in-law of Sharon and the late Jerry Baranoff, Joel and Sandra Katz, Corinne Katz, Pamela and Mark Caron. Adored Bubby of Ilana and Steven, Steven and Donna, Glenn and Stephanie, Shawna and Shawn, Elyssa, Stewart and Jessica, Amanda and Peter, Michelle and Ryan. Proud great-grandmother of thirteen. Dear sister-in-law of Archie and Ruth Katz, Ida and the late Joe Katz. Sarah will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and all who knew her. The family wishes to express their gratitude to her devoted and compassionate caregivers, Willy and Josie, and to the doctors, nurses and staff of 6N at Maimonides Geriatric Centre. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, March 26 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Canadian Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 2535 rue Modugno, Ville Saint-Laurent, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. daily.
