MELAMETH, Benjamin (Benny) After a courageous battle, on Monday, October 1, 2018. Beloved husband of Annie Hadida for forty-five years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Drs. Regine Melameth and Yoav Peretz. Cherished "Papi Benny" of Yaël, Noah, and Gabriel Peretz. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Jacko and the late Rosie Melameth, Vicky Melameth, Solly and Shirley Melameth, and brother-in-law of Mery and Victor Assaraf, Albert and Regine Hadida, Jacques and Diane Hadida, Maurice and Michèle Hadida. Benny will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the ENT and Palliative Care teams at the Jewish General Hospital for their care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Wednesday, October 3 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his home. |
