ROSEN, Saul (Shorty) Peacefully in his 83th year, on Thursday, December 10, 2015. Beloved husband of Shirley Torbin for 61 years. Loving and devoted father of Marlene and Jeffrey, and father-in-law of Elliott Nayer and Marlene Locas. Cherished Papa of Melanie and Matthew Nayer; Melissa and Stephanie Rosen. Brother and brother-in-law of David Rosen, the late Sandra and the late Leonard Klirsfeld; and brother-in-law of Rhoda and Morty Zameck. Shorty will be sadly missed, by his nieces and nephew Jodi, Linda, and Cheryl and their families, Marla and Jeffrey and their families, his many friends, and by all of those whose lives he has touched. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W. on Sunday, December 13 at 12:00 p.m. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 5500 MacDonald Ave. through Tuesday evening resuming in Toronto at 23 Lilac Ave., Thornhill, Wednesday evening through Friday.
