HELFIELD, Edward Peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Tuesday, May 27, 2014. Beloved husband of Marlene Spevack for fifty-four years. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Andrea and Lorne Wiener, Mark and Anette Helfield. Cherished Zaidie of Salena, Rachelle, Joshua, and Olivia. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Audrey and the late Bernie Weigensberg, Kenny and Judy Helfield, Cynthia and Moe Black, and brother-in-law of Avrum and Marika Spevack. Eddie will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family, and all of those whose lives he touched. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, May 29 at 3:00 p.m. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 1430 boul. de Normandie, Laval. Due to the onset of the festival of Shavuot, shiva ends Tuesday afternoon, June 3.
