DAWANG, Bertha (nee Rosenbluth) On Saturday, January 11, 2014. Beloved wife of Elie for fifty-six years. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Dr. Howard and Dr. Vivian (Loo), Stephen and Eve Bercovitch. Cherished Bubbie of Jacob, Noah, Sophie and Clara. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Jackie and Bernard Poplack. Caring aunt of Jonathan and Heather, Mitchell and Rachel. The family would like to thank Drs. Gilbert and Sturgeon, as well as the nursing staff of the 5th floor Women's Pavilion RVH for their exceptional care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, January 14 at 10 a.m. Burial at the Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 25 Church Hill Ave., Westmount, from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and from 1 to 3 p.m. on Friday.
