WAGNER, Nate Peacefully, at home, on Saturday, April 16, 2016. Beloved husband of Shirley Knobovitch for sixty-seven years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Gail and Yair Walzer, Harriet and Barry Engel, and Iris Wagner. Cherished 'Papa' of Craig Walzer, AJ Walzer, Karen and Josh Mandelbaum, Caroline and Bill Murray, Katie and Arnold Engel. Son of the late Hyman and the late Freida Wagner. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Yetta and the late Nat Marcus, and brother-in-law of Barbara and the late Myer Knobovitch, the late Hy and the late Gerry Knobovitch, and the late Harry Knobovitch. Nate will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Monday, April 18 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his home, Monday following burial until 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Due to the advent of Passover, shiva ends Thursday evening.
