KATOFSKY, Isaac It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Isaac Katofsky on Sunday, May 28, 2017. Beloved husband of Lilly Zelkowitz for fifty-two years. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Ryan and Ruth, and Jason. Cherished Zaidie of Josh and Nina. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Ida and the late Alec Vechter, the late Freda and the late Cal Coplevitch, the late Shirley and the late Alec Binkovitch. Brother-in-law of Phyllis Zelkowitz and Morton Weinfeld. Isaac will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and all who knew him. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, May 29, 2017 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at the home of Phyllis and Mort, Monday following burial and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., and Tuesday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Due to the advent of Shavuot, shiva ends Tuesday afternoon.
